Here are a few ideas for circuits. Once again build it up. Pick three leg and three other exercises and go for 15 seconds on and 15 seconds off. Do 2 sets until able to buiild it up. Focus is on leg exercises...

Treadmills

Lunges
Other:
Push ups
Crunches
Crunches to side (for obliques)
