Sat 26th-
High Jump/Long Jump/Triple Jump-12-2.30pm
Shot/Disc/Javelin-12-2.30pm
Distance-12-2pm including a beginners steeplechase session.


Sun 27th-
Sprints-12-2pm
Pole Vault-11-2pm

Apologies

Apologies for the lack of updates as my laptop is acting up and ive been a bit busy the last few weeks.Kerry squads resumed this weekend with pole vault and javelin and i hope to have a list of dates tommorow for all other events.There will almost definetly be sprints,jumps and distance on this weekend but i must just confirm with the coaches.Thanks.
