LONG/TRIPLE JUMP SESSIONS - PLYOMETRICS

PLYOMETRICS:
Think of lifting the knee when you hop.
Balance is important - Don't be falling side to side and aim to get jumps even.
Build them up - Start off with one or two sets of each jump until comfortable with technique ( will reassess technique on 27-11)


Jumps:
1-Bunny hops
2-Bunny hop for lenght with bunny hop for height - remember to think of landing and not falling forward
3-Steps - Think of leading with the knee
4- Right leg hop
5-Left leg hop
6- Hop-step-hop-step etc
